Eric and I embarked on a thrilling adventure in September 2022 when we decided to dive headfirst into the world of condo investments. You see, our nest was feeling a bit empty after our beloved son spread his wings and ventured off to college. So, what better way to occupy our time and add some zest to our lives than by revamping this charming condo?
Now, let me tell you, when we first laid eyes on this place, it was like stepping into a time machine stuck in the groovy '70s! 😄 But fear not, because armed with determination, a dash of DIY spirit, and a sprinkle of tenacity, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. From shell shaped sinks to mirrored walls, this place needed a serious makeover. Sure, finding help was about as easy as finding a unicorn, and don't even get me started on the prices! So, we made a bold decision to take matters into our own hands.
With the guidance of a trusty friend who lent a hand with the tricky bits, and a ton of YouTube tutorials (seriously, they're a lifesaver), we tackled each task with enthusiasm.
