• Parking is not reserved, each unit gets one space in front of the building, extra vehicles should park in the lot at the office or in the center parking to the south. 

• Only boats & trailers are allowed in the trailer parking area. 

• TV’s: Xfinity remotes are best click and hold power for a moment then hit Xfinity button both room remotes work volume as well.

• The stove is brand new, and the knobs are a little sensitive!  Please be careful if you touch the stove the burners may turn on! 

• Feel free to unplug the 360-camera located on top of the fridge!  We do ask that you plug it back in prior to departure.  We live a little ways away and like to keep an eye on the place.  Same with the porch cameras!  Thanks 

• Please help yourself to anything in our kitchen (coffee, tea, salt, ketchup, etc).  Feel free to use our Keurig, cookware, utensils & appliances.

• No smoking, even on the patio 

• No pets indoors, even on the patio

• No loud music after 10pm – we have lovely neighbors, let’s keep them happy! 

• Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper, not even "flushable" items

• Check out is 11am 

• Please take trash to the dumpster located just the other side of the office on the North end near golf cart/boat parking either dumpster is fine

• Please load and run the dishwasher. 

• Please set A/C to 74 degrees on cool 

• Please make sure stove top is turned off 

• Close and lock all windows, slider and doors
